Single-line and double-line breaks

When working in the CMS' rich-text editor, you have the option of creating a single-line or a double-line break between paragraphs.

  • A double-line break is default, and occurs when you simply hit Enter on your keyboard.  This creates a new paragraph tag, or <p> in the HTML code.
  • A single-line break is sometimes preferred, and this is done by simply typing Shift + Enter on your keyboard.  This creates a break tag, or <br> in the HTML code.
